"Best Wendy's Ever! Service is always fast, employees speak clearly, are always polite, and make the best Wendy's sandwiches I've ever tasted. The employees make the place, and they've made this the best Wendy's I've ever been to!"

"A Wendy's is a Wendy's no matter how you look at it. The inside is pretty fancy with a fire place and great seating. Clean floors and surprisingly a clean bathroom. The rest of the experience is the average fast food place experience. Staff was as nice as possible and a noticeable over helpfulness. My G pay wasn't working so the counter person got a manager to help with it. A bit of a language barrier issue later and we got it working. So that was good of them. Although the place was slow and I was the only one in there so I can't say if this type of service is the same with a busy day. Food came out fast ( again nobody there but me and staff) so it was fresh. They still have the Rick and Morty promo drink in the soda machine if you're still wanting that fruply land punch. Overall a good experience. Thank you to the one staff member who held the door for me in the bathroom too."

"Typically pretty good service and food. Tonight was a weird exception, whereas they didn’t mention that they ran out of Kid’s Meal toys, so when our little one noticed, we were at an disadvantage and didn’t have a backup option. The staff didn’t seem to care. In fact, the young lady at the register definitely didn’t want to be here. I actually caught her crying with her head on the register when I asked for a packet of mayo. I hope she’s okay. The dining room was also in a moderate to poor state, which is atypical. But as I said, TYPICALLY, the service is excellent here. Tonight was just an oddity, I guess... Based on our many years of visiting this store, they earned 4 stars based on historical experiences. I hope you come on a 4-5 star night, and not a 2 star night like this one night."

"The rating that goes along with this photo doesn't really make sense without an explanation. So here's the reason why I'm giving a 5 star review: When I pulled up to this Wendy's I immediately noticed how packed the drive thru line was. I decided to go inside and order my meal to go. I got to the door and that's when I saw the sign. I asked the manager how many workers didn't show up today and she said 4. Then she said, "We're going to do the best we can do with the circumstances." and she apologized to me for the inconvenience (even though I empathized with her). I came away thinking about how I was so impressed that she had the guts to admit that she was outnumbered and close the dining area so she could focus on what they could do and do well. That drive-thru had a lot of cars in it and they handled it like pros. P.S. I've been here several times and I've never had a bad experience here even when they're staffed appropriately."

"This Wendy's is the BEST Wendy's I have ever been to. They are always so fast!!! They always get my order right. The staff is always so polite and friendly. I have come here so many times because I work nearby and every time I get the same result. I just love how reliable they are. If I am running late to work I know I can always stop by their drive-thru and pick something up because I will get quick, wonderful and kind service. I wish every fast-food establish was run like this place. I don't know what this place is doing but they are doing it right. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. This is how fast-food establishments are supposed to run. So great. I will always return to this Wendy's."

"The staff and service is always really good at this location. They handle special orders well and always seem to enjoy serving their customers. Recently there was a very, very long line at the drive through that was moving very slowly. When we arrived at the ordering station, there was a sign apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining that the delay was due to a staffing issue. I thought this was a very considerate thing to do on the part of the staff."

"Came for breakfast. I got bacon egg & Swiss croissant combo. It's fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Cool place and quick service. The French toast sticks looks great too, would like to try it next time."
